Return & Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, in line with your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition

Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Personalised or custom-made items

Hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Return Shipping
You can request a non-refundable return shipping label for €6.50 via customerservice@nomige.com, or return the item to:
Nomige, Coupure-Links 67, 9000 Gent, Belgium
at your own expense. If you choose to ship the item yourself, you are responsible for the package until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
Unclaimed / Automatically Returned Packages
If a package is automatically returned to us because it was not collected or accepted by the customer, we will contact you once the package has been received. You can then choose between:

A refund of the order value minus the original shipping costs, or
-
Reshipment of the order after payment of new shipping costs
If an unclaimed package is returned to us in damaged condition caused during transit, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund reflecting the actual condition of the goods received. If a reshipped order is again undeliverable, we reserve the right to issue a refund of the order value minus all shipping costs incurred, without a further reship.
Damaged or Unsellable Returns
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in a damaged, used, or unsellable condition including damage caused during return shipping when the customer arranged their own return we reserve the right to:

Issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the item, or

Refuse the return and notify you accordingly
In such cases, we will contact you with photographic evidence of the item’s condition before making a final decision.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3 business days.
If your return is approved, a refund of the product value will be issued to your original payment method, minus the €6.50 non-refundable return shipping cost if you requested a label from us. You will typically receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nomige’s liability in connection with any returned item is limited to the value of that item as originally purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or costs arising from delays in the return or refund process.
