“The diet industry is the most profitable, with the lowest success rate”

Can you really improve your skin with diet? Yes, you can, but it’s often very difficult to maintain. What’s better is making changes to your lifestyle. With testing your blood, hormones, skin microbiome and more, you can base yourself on measurable data. This gives you a solid foundation to make changes that will yield results.

How do you know which supplements are good?

There is such a big difference in supplement land that you can't see the forest for the trees. How do you know which supplement suits you? Some rules of thumb according to Romy:

1/ If the first ingredient is a filler, sweetener or sugar, then it is best to leave it out

2/ Pay attention to the molecular composition. Do your research on which forms are well absorbed

3/ Pay attention to the name. If there is no difficult name on the label, but for example vitamin B12, then there is a good chance that the least absorbable form is in it.
