Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order as long as it is not in production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make a change to your order. Once production has started, we can no longer make changes.
Does Nomige offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, so you can use our personalized skincare anywhere. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. How can I request a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact our customer service for assistance. We offer a refund policy, provided you return your products within a certain period of time after receiving them. For more details about our returns and refunds policy, you can visit our returns page.
How do I place an order at Nomige?
The ordering process at Nomige is simple. Follow these steps:
- Select your desired product(s) on our website.
- Add the products to your shopping cart.
- Go to your shopping cart and check your order.
- Fill in your shipping details and choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order and complete payment.
After payment you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Can I still change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it can unfortunately no longer be changed. We advise you to check your order carefully before finalizing it. However, if you have a problem, please contact our customer service and we will see how we can help you.
Why haven't I received my DNA kit yet?
After placing an order, you will receive the DNA kit within a few business days. If you have not received it within 5-7 business days, please contact our customer service so we can look into what happened.
How can I track the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we will send you. If you have not received a tracking number, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Can I still cancel my order?
Orders for personalized products can only be canceled before they go into production. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. After production, we can no longer process cancellations.
Orders for non-personalized products can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you have any issues with your order, such as damaged products or incorrect items, please contact our customer service (customerservice@nomige.com) within 14 days. Make sure to include your order number and photos of the products you received so we can find a quick solution.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. However, you do have the option to create an account during the checkout process, which can be useful for future orders and to track the status of your order.
If you order personalized products, it is necessary to do a DNA test, and you will automatically create an account.
Is it safe to pay online at Nomige?
Yes, Nomige's online payment system is fully secured. We use SSL encryption and work with trusted payment providers to ensure your details are safe. You can complete your payment with confidence.

What is Nomige?
Nomige is a Belgian skincare brand that offers personalized products based on your DNA and lifestyle. By combining a DNA analysis and a lifestyle test, they formulate products that are specifically tailored to the unique needs of your skin.

What does the name Nomige mean?
The word Nomige is a phonetic play (a Verlan) that carries the syllables of 'genome'. Your genome is synonymous with your DNA, the DNA that serves as the basis for the products. And the logo is a stylized fingerprint that at the same time looks like a maze, symbolizing the search for the right product.
How did Nomige come into being?
The idea came from a personal frustration on the one hand, but also from an observation of a science. Personally, I thought it was a long and difficult search for the right product. There are so many different brands and so many promises, I didn't know what or who to believe. Now I trust my DNA; it doesn't lie and is objective. It is also scientifically proven that every skin is unique, so why would you fall back on that arbitrary classification of oily, dry or combination skin?
Why is Nomige more expensive than other brands?
The Nomige package is tailor-made. You will receive 4 personalized products based on your DNA and lifestyle. These products will last 3 to 4 months. The cost of the DNA analysis is included in the price. You only need to do this analysis once.
Are the products tested on animals?
No, our products are not tested on animals.
Is Nomige vegan?
We are not purely organic or vegan. We use all sorts of evidence-based ingredients, including natural ingredients. e.g. sunflower oil, daisy extract. But we are not vegan or organic.
Personalized products
How do I collect my DNA?
After purchasing the exclusive Nomiga package, you will receive a DNA test. You will collect your saliva according to the instructions below (instructions will be provided with your DNA kit): - Step 1: Avoid eating, drinking, smoking and brushing your teeth for at least 30 minutes before starting the test. Wash your hands thoroughly before starting the test. - Step 2: Twist and pull open the sterile tube. Be careful not to touch the tip of the swab with your fingers. Also avoid contact with other objects to prevent contamination. - Step 3: Collect your saliva by firmly rotating the tip of the swab against the inside of your cheek for 1 minute. Then repeat this process on the other side. - Step 4: Immediately after collecting your saliva, place the Swab in the tube and make sure you hear a click. - Step 5: Place the tube back in the box and close it. Use the Prepaid label to return your DNA kit.
How long do I have to wait for my results?
On average, you will receive your DNA results 2-3 weeks after we receive your DNA sample. We will send the DNA report by email. From that moment on, you can always consult your results in your personal account on the website.
What happens to my DNA after the analysis?
Your DNA is treated with strict confidentiality and is only used to create your personalized skincare. After analysis, your DNA is stored securely and not used for other purposes. We take your privacy very seriously and ensure that your data remains well protected.
What is in the Nomige Complete Skin Routine package?
This package contains:
- A DNA analysis and a comprehensive skin report.
- Four personalized products: a day serum, a day cream, a night cream and a night serum.
- An elegant marble pedestal.
- Personal follow-up with Dr. Barbara Geusens.
The entire process, from DNA analysis to receiving your products, takes approximately five weeks.
How long does it take to receive my personalized products?
After submitting your DNA sample and completing the lifestyle test, it will take approximately 3-5 weeks to receive your personalized products. This time frame is necessary to thoroughly analyze your skin profile and manufacture the products.
When will I see results?
The first results can be expected as soon as 3 weeks, but continue to improve. After 2 months you will already notice a firm structure, softer skin, less roughness, more even complexion, fresher look, less wrinkles (mainly around the eyes and mouth), ... Your skin does not become lazy and therefore you continue to feel the effect of the products on your skin.
Do the products stop working after a while?
No, the selected ingredients continue to stimulate your skin. Your skin does not become lazy or dependent on the products, because we do not interfere with your skin processes. We stimulate and/or support them, where necessary.
What is the difference between personalization and customization?
Nomige is all about personalization, which is a step beyond customization. This means that Nomige products are completely tailored to your needs and we do everything we can to get your skin in the best shape. We really go the extra mile for you and we guide you along the way by offering free virtual consultations.
Will my DNA change?
Your DNA doesn't change, just like the color of your eyes doesn't change. Your lifestyle can change, and this is what we evaluate when you fill out the lifestyle test.
Do I need to have my DNA tested again?
No, your DNA remains unchanged throughout your life. So you don't have to do the test again.
Can you detect skin allergies in my DNA?
No, a DNA test cannot detect specific skin allergies. You can do this by taking a patch test, because this is a test that examines immune responses. What we can do is investigate whether you are at a higher risk of sensitive skin or similar cases, because we look at markers that are involved in the structure of the skin structure. Your products can be adjusted accordingly.
To what extent is skin aging influenced by my DNA?
Both are inextricably linked. The extent to which these factors have a negative effect on your skin aging process is also determined by your DNA. You sometimes hear the expression 'that person has good genes' when someone looks good for her/his age. If you carry 'good genes', your DNA has fewer errors. It can, so to speak, form a 'buffer' against external stressors (such as lifestyle factors). This means that the risk of skin aging is lower compared to someone else. Note: this is of course on the condition that there is no exaggeration. Even if you have 'good genes' but smoke every day, for example, this will affect your skin. Excess damage .... always! The opposite is also true: when you carry genetic defects, so-called 'mutations', you have a greater risk of accelerated skin aging because your skin is not as resistant to external stressors. If we had to put a number on it, it would be 60%-40%, although there is still a debate. The extent to which your lifestyle determines this is also age-related.
Which genetic factors are being studied and how do they affect the skin?
The factors I have chosen on a genetic level can be divided into 4 major biological processes; properties that characterize healthy skin; hydration & skin barrier, antioxidants and collagen. Within each biological process we investigate the genes that contribute to these elements and are responsible for them (e.g. the genes that are important in the hydration process). We then investigate whether or not these genes have defects. If so, you carry a higher risk. It is up to the Nomige products to adjust these defects through specific ingredients.

How do I best use my products?
You will receive detailed instructions for use with your order. This includes a recommended routine for both day and night, so that you can make the most of the benefits of your personalized products. The products are easy to integrate into your daily skin care.
Can I use the products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes! Nomige products are custom made to fit your skin type, including sensitive skin types. We take potential allergies and sensitivities into account during the DNA analysis and formulation of your products. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team.
What is the best way to store my products?
Store your Nomige products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children. This will keep them effective for longer and maintain their quality.
Do the products have an expiration date?
Yes, Nomige products have an expiration date that is stated on the packaging. In general, the shelf life of the products is between 6 months and 1 year, depending on the type of product. Make sure you use the products on time to get the most out of their effectiveness.
Can I also use the products if I use other skin care products?
Our products are designed to work well with other skincare products, but it is important to be aware of ingredients that may interfere with each other. If in doubt, consult our customer service team for advice on how to best combine your skincare routine.
What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to a product?
If you experience an allergic reaction after using a Nomige product, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team (customerservice@nomige.com). We will help you identify the problem and provide you with alternative products that are better suited to your skin.
Are the products also suitable for men?
Yes, our products are suitable for both men and women. The products are personalized based on your unique skin profile, regardless of your gender. Everyone has the right to skin care that suits their personal needs.
When is the best time to clean my skin?
Cleansing once a day in the evening is more than enough. Cleansing at night is very important because your skin comes in contact with pollution, UV rays, dirt, etc. during the day. Keep in mind that too much cleansing is not good for your skin. It can damage your protective layer and skin microbiome (the good bacteria that live on your skin). So cleansing your face once a day (at night) is enough.
Can I use Nomige in combination with vitamin A or retinol?
You can perfectly combine vitamin A with Nomige. You can also choose to use vitamin A in only 1 specific area (for example around your mouth). Use the Nomige evening products as described in the packaging and apply vitamin A as the last step. You can also "take a break". Vitamin A can exhaust the skin, especially if you are in the highest concentration. It is therefore not unwise to stop for a while and only use nomige. For example, start using vitamin A in November as a remedy, for 3-4 months in the winter. This can be perfectly combined with nomige (as described above). After this healing, you can stop using vitamin A until the weather improves.
